We are currently looking for an experienced rental agent in residential leasing for an exciting assignment with our client in central Stockholm. The position is a consultancy role via Isaksson Rekrytering Bemanning AB, where you will have the opportunity to work with a well-renowned and well-known property company.

The assignment starts immediately and lasts for six months, with good opportunities for extension. This is a perfect opportunity for you who have a strong interest in the real estate industry and want to work with residential leasing.

Your role as a rental agent
In the role of rental agent, you will be responsible for leasing newly produced apartments in Stockholm. Your main tasks include conducting apartment viewings, managing contract writing with new tenants, and conducting inspections. The work takes place both in the office and on-site at the properties. Some viewings may also occur on Sundays.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has worked as a rental agent with experience in residential leasing. We highly value your personal qualities, where a strong sales focus and a commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience are crucial. To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and have good administrative skills. You also have good computer skills, and it is an advantage if you have worked in HomeQ.
